Prerequisites
Due to certain aspects of the course being potentially physically demanding and/or stressful, delegates will be required to confirm their medical fitness & physical ability to participate on this course by completing our centre medical self-screening form prior to course commencement
Course Content
Following completion of this course, delegates wilL;
- Understand Legislation, Regulations and Guidance affecting working at height with mobile access towers, PASMA Code of Practice; Product Standards EN 1004:2004.
- Understand assembling, altering and dismantling towers incorporating current best practice for fall protection
- Understand inspection of completed mobile access towers and completion of Tower Inspection Records.
- Awareness of Hazards affecting the use of mobile access towers and how to avoid.
- Theory Test (pass/fail)
- Practical Assessments (pass/fail)
- Cert application for successful delegates.
Target Audience
Aimed at personnel who will be responsible for assembling dismantling moving and inspecting mobile access towers.
Certification
A PASMA certificate will be issued upon successful completion
Revalidation
The course must be revalidated every 5 years.
