Prerequisites

Delegate must hold a valid and in-date Stage 3 certificate. If Stage 3 certification is not in date, candiate must be able to provide:

Recent evidence of completed supply vessel logbook on supply cargo handling operations or sub-sea lifiting operations, endorsed by a supervisor. Including contact details that can be verified by the nominated deputy (dated within the last 2 years)

OR

A witness testimony from their current/recent employer, with appropriate contact details that can be verified, giving indication of regular exposure to supply vessel cargo handling operations or sub-sea operations as appropriate.
