This technical test is aimed at both onshore and offshore fabric maintenance personnel who may be required to complete a "trade test" before their employment is started or approved.
Industrial Coatings Brush Application TICA-A02 consists of a three hour practical test and a one hour knowledge test. Delegates must pass the knowledge test before progressing to the practical element.

Course Overview
Prerequisites
Due to certain aspects of the course being potentially physically demanding and/or stressful, delegates will be required to confirm their medical fitness & physical ability to participate on this course by completing our centre medical self-screening form prior to course commencement
Course Content
By the end of this training programme delegates will be able to;
- Correctly select equipment Undertake all necessary checks to ensure all equipment is ready to use
- Ensure there is no dust debris contamination on the prepared mid steel test plate
- Apply industrial coating in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor and recode environmental conditions throughout application
Target Audience
Those required to complete a trade test before employment is offered or begins
Certification
An ECITB certificate will be issued upon successful completion
Revalidation
The course must be revalidated every 3 years.
