Delegates will use manual and powered tooling in this technically detailed training which focuses on safety and application for leak free joint integrity.
The course includes a varied range of products used for demonstrations and practical learning elements of the training.
Delegates completing this training course will be able to;
▪ Explain how to ensure intended task conforms to related specification, methods, process, techniques and procedure
▪ Dismantle bolted connection systems
▪ Remove components from bolted connection systems, inspect, clean and reassemble
▪ Replace components in bolted connection systems
▪ Assemble, secure and torque bolted connections using a powered torque gun
▪ Verify the integrity of the assembled joint
Please note: In addition to the above, MJI01 is incorporated into the course which covers the first principles of Mechanical Joint Integrity. Where delegates already hold an in-date MJI01 or have completed e-learning, this negates the need for this element to be covered.
