Course Overview

This course assesses candidates’ competency in supervising Control Room Operators (CRO) as they respond to emergency situations.

The assessment is based on performance in up to a maximum of three scenarios. This is undertaken in a purpose-built simulator using an interactive computerised model based on a generic offshore platform or generic onshore facility.

It is recommended, that where possible, the candidate attends the course with their CRO team.

Prerequisites

Due to certain aspects of the course being potentially physically demanding and/or stressful, delegates will be required to confirm their medical fitness & physical ability to participate on this course by completing our centre medical self-screening form prior to course commencement

Revalidation
