Prerequisites
Course Content
Delegates completing this assessment must be able to;
- Don a survival suit
- Don and fasten a marine lifejacket whilst wearing a survival suit
- Don and fasten an aviation lifejacket whilst wearing a survival suit
- Fasten a harness whilst sitting in a standard helicopter seat whilst wearing a survival suit and aviation lifejacket
- Fit through a standard sized window template measuring 40.5cm wide by 59.5cm high whilst wearing a survival suit and aviation lifejacket
Target Audience
An individual being identified as having a BMI > 40 at the medical and the assessment forms part of the big persons risk assessment process.
Certification
A 3t Training Services certificate will be issued upon successful completion.
Revalidation
The course must be revalidated every 3 years.
